How to Request Guidelines

The following programs in the below table have each admissions guidelines and application forms in print (booklet, paper medium.) You can usually get them by your request around early May each year, and cannot get them before then in preparation. (Please see information for other programs or special selections at the bottom of this page.)
There are 3 options for request that you can choose (at the office in person, by TELEMAIL for domestic shipping or by EMS for international shipping.) Plan carefully and allow plenty of time for the guidelines and the application forms to arrive before the application deadlines though the request should only be made during the prescribed period in the below table.
No request by mail is available. Be sure that a return envelope is not returned if it would arrive by mail. Please see the Admissions Schedules so that you can find information such as programs or application deadlines.

At Office in Person

No one is allowed to enter the campus here due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak at present. You can request Admission Guidelines and Application Forms (paper medium) on the TELEMAIL website.

Past Exam Questions (Kako-mon)
No one is allowed to enter the campus here due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak at present. Please email us about the issue first.
Those for the last three years of master’s programs, general selections could be read at the above office. Taking a note by a writing utensil is available there though taking pictures is not allowed.
Or you can make photocopies at the Co-op Life Center on Nishi-Chiba Campus. (All the users must pay their own expenses.) Digitizing, taking pictures or others are not permitted.
You need to show us at the office your Student ID Card on that day.
And besides, no request for mail delivery is available. Those of doctoral program should not be provided.

TELEMAIL for Domestic Shipping

If you would like to receive it in Japan, please click here (Japanese version available) for the request. (However, it should be available only for the specified request period as mentioned above. No request for mail delivery is available. It should be available at the office in person or by the TELEMAIL service for the domestic shipping.)

EMS/Express Mail Service for International Shipping

No overseas shipping including EMS is available due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak at present. Applicants living outside Japan currently may email us in advance.

If you would like to receive it outside Japan, first contact us by email with your information on articles of #1-7 below, so that we could send a return email to you. (EMS is not available for domestic shipping.) After it was shipped, you can see delivery status with a tracking service for confirming the whereabouts of the EMS package on the website of JAPAN POST. The delivery days by EMS might sometimes differ from one country to another at your side for receiving. You could contact them at the post office near your home address to find out the situation such as the where or when at that time if any problem happened after it arrived in your country.

How to Request for Other Admission Programs

Admission Guidelines in print for other admission programs such as special selections, not general selections, are not provided as booklets or paper medium. Those guidelines and application forms should be downloaded and used for application submission. You may find out the when of each set of guidelines available in the Admissions Schedules on the website.
